Essential for SaaS platform operation (secure JWT session token, load balancing, consent state, and active language). Exempt from prior consent under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE and ePrivacy.

Allow aggregated, anonymous measurement of feature usage and load performance to improve service speed. Only activated if the user grants explicit consent.
Preference Cookies

4. No International Advertising Transfers
SekiaHR’s first-party cookies are processed entirely from our servers located in the European Union. We do not inject third-party ad-network trackers that profile workers commercially.
