We provide a Human Resources software platform under an elastic subscription SaaS (Software as a Service) model. No mandatory long-term contracts, with a 14-day free trial and transparent billing per active employee.

2. Subscription Model & Free Trial Period
Any client company can sign up and use the platform for 14 days free of charge without entering a credit card. Once the trial ends, the service is billed via recurring subscription based on active managed employee licenses.
3. Regulatory Compliance Guarantee
SekiaHR guarantees that the workday registration engine creates tamper-proof timestamped records, storing data for the mandatory 4 years and allowing export in official PDF and Excel formats for Labor Inspections.
4. Cancellation, Termination & Data Portability
The client company can request cancellation of their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the client retains the right to download all attendance records and history in open formats (CSV, PDF, JSON).
